When I grabbed this book I was thinking it would be mostly about including all races in a business. Boy, was I wrong. It goes into detail about women, Latinos, Asian Americans and even LGBTQIA and Seniors in our society. So many of us are so comfortable in our little bubble of like-minded people who are doing the same things we are doing but that’s not the real world. The real world is full of many different kinds of people and if we are going to be successful at business … and in life … we have to accept and embrace differences.
I enjoyed the case studies, as they really brought some things to light for me. This book is full of great information and is well-written. Can’t wait to see what this author does next!

Diversity is key. Companies and individuals looking to be more diverse will find this book helpful in being more successful. It also helps with not seeing diversity as a challenge and more of a tool to doing business. Many are already doing this, but may need to be more formal in their approach - this is the book to help. The bottom line is business and money, so through embracing diversity it can only stimulate the bottom line. It may sound calculating, but reading the book and understanding the words will bring about more clarity in how it is definitely a win-win situation for the business and in the name of diversity.
I thought this book was brilliant. It is very clear and with 177 pages it covers a lot of techniques. I've read a few other books similar to this, but this is by far the best.
The author of this book seems to really know his stuff and definitely knows what he's talking about

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It really states, clearly and concisely what you should be doing to achieve your goals. I've always found it very easy to begin things. "The Big Six Formula For Success" highlighted a number of techniques I will be using from now on to help me. A MUST READ!
